Mike and his guest could not be blamed if they thought they were involved in an island version of  “Deadliest Catch” as the wind and waves proved the power of Mother Nature.  Despite some waves reaching 8′ and better, Mike and his guests proved they were more than a match.  Despite less than favourable conditions Mike, an ex commercial fisherman, showed his guests how to subdue a 15 lbs salmon in rough water.   Later he showed them what a full limit of dungenss crabs looked like and has promised to return…when the water was more favourable.
